Lady GaGa from the Future: Leader of the Birther Movement

I am surprised that no on the internet has discussed how Orly Taitz, one of the leaders of the birther movement, looks like Lady GaGa circa 2029. Please consider the lovely side-by-side I created for your viewing pleasure:

Lady GaGa and Orly Taitz

And here is a fun remix of Orly I saw on towleroad:

You Better WERK: Palin Not WERKing Edition

sarahpalinresigns
WERK

Such a creepy lil sneaky lil that Sara Palin, resigning from her Alaskan governorship the Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. You just KNOW something is afoot. At least this will decrease the non-stop Michael Jackson “news.” Check out her resignation speech below (I’m sure we’ll be hearing it on loop for days to come):

It’s so insanely rambling and nonsensical. There has got to be some sort of scandal behind all this, right?

Wow

I’ll come out of blogging hiatus to share something I found on Towleroad.com.

All I can say is wow:

Ethan McNAmee, a third-grader at Montclair Elementary School in Denver, organized a rally for marriage equality and delivered a speech at the Colorado State Capitol on Saturday:

“He was concerned about the issue after hearing about anti-gay remarks on the playground and then learning about a same sex couple in his neighborhood that couldn’t get married. ‘Everybody is different in a good way,’ he said. Ethan believes that if two people love each other that is the only issue to be considered. Ethan took it upon himself to arrange the rally and line up the guest speakers. He admitted it was more work then he thought it would be, but adds it was fun.”

McNamee’s permit was filed under the name of his school teacher Kyle Kimmal, because he’s too young to apply for one himself.

UGH! You Know I’m No Good At Arguing This Kind Of Stuff!

Now that the election is over, there’s no point in watching clips of racist people on YouTube anymore. I’ve moved onto watching the crazies in the Yes on Prop 8 videos.

When I watch it, I can’t help but to remember what I was thinking when we learned about the civil rights era in middle school and high school and watched all those videos. I would always wonder what their living children and grandchildren must think of their racist relatives being immortalized in these clips.

It weirds me out how EXCITED they are to vote Yes on Prop 8. It’s like, “Yeah man, that’s cool, that’s cool, let’s have a Prop 8 party where we can sit around and talk about it for hours because you know, there’s not a war going on right now… or an economy in disarray… or a disastrous health care system… or anything.”
I’ll leave you with a clip made by the same people from the clip above. It’s amazing how they think THIS would convince people.

She doesn’t even know WHY she’s so excited to vote yes on Prop 8. JUST GO TO THE WEBSITE, DON’T ASK ME TO GIVE A REASON.
And hon… I don’t think Richard thinks you’re one of his best friends.
